Bridges
It is applied in cases of one or several missing teeth.
The healthy teeth on either side of the missing tooth are reduced, crowns are placed on them, and the gap in between is filled with a “bridge.”
Disadvantage: The neighboring teeth need to be reduced.
Advantage: The missing tooth is restored quickly and aesthetically.
